Commitment & Communication
Being part of this production means being committed to the team.
Expectations:
All cast members must be available on our regular rehearsal days it’s essential to building a strong show.
Rehearsals missed regularly without prior agreement or notice may result in roles being recast.
If you have any known conflicts, please let us know a few days in advance so we can adjust schedules if necessary - NOT 5 minutes before the rehearsal starts
Ongoing commitments (clubs, exams, other activities) must be discussed before accepting a role.
Without communication, rehearsals may need to be rearranged for the full cast — resulting in extra sessions and lost time for everyone.
The final Saturday rehearsal, Tech Rehearsal, and Dress Rehearsal are mandatory. Attendance is required — no exceptions.
Scheduling:
You will not be required at every rehearsal (this depends on the scenes being worked on).
A draft schedule will be available on our website in advance.
The final schedule for the following week will be published every Friday after the Thursday rehearsal.
We are building something big, bold, and unforgettable — and every rehearsal brings us one step closer to the swamp!
