Earl’s Courtiers
Local theatre with community at it’s heart.
How it all started
In 2013, Toby Brown founded a wonderful, local Amateur Dramatic Group. It started with an idea to put on a Shakespeare in one of our beautiful gardens and has grown into so much more.
We soon realised the community had a real appetite for live theatre. Our incredibly talented community have helped us to create better shows year on year.
In 2015 we invited children from various local schools to join and since we’ve created great shows which reflect our diverse community.

What makes us different
No membership fees mean that everyone has an equal opportunity to be part of our community projects

Fresh Air
By Vickie Donaghue
This is an extremely spine-chilling play where you will be sitting on the edge of your seats for the entire hour. Our very talented cast have been working extremely hard on this fantastic play by Vickie Donaghue. The play is set in a spooky forest where students from a Pupil Referral group are made to go orienteering in what they discover is England’s most haunted woods. Stalked by eerie ghost children determined to keep them there forever, they must learn to confront the here and now to unlock the key to their futures.
We are proud to announce our amazing cast for this years show.
