Any personal information provided to us in our volunteer application forms or at auditions will be stored securely and made available only to ECCT. We will only use your personal information to provide you with information which we feel is relevant or of interest to you as a member of ECCT, regarding auditions or the areas in which you have suggested an interest in being a volunteer.

Should you be cast in a show, or provide backstage assistance, your name and image may be used in promotional materials both for that production and the future promotional activities and archive of Earls Court Community Trust. This may include, but is not exclusive to, searchable web entries, production and rehearsal photographs, posters and programmes. You may contact us at any time if you have concerns about items used in publicity materials.
If you are cast in a show, or provide backstage assistance, your contact details will usually be shared by the director or production team with the cast and crew on the production you are involved in. You can speak to the director or the production team if you have any concerns about this.
